- Free Shuttle to-from the Amtrak Station! - With today's gas rates skyrocketting, this could be a highly feasible option! Check out Amtrak Rates- reasonable compared to a couple tanks of gas!
- All of the meeting rooms and halls are held for us - Meaning lots of space for guildmeeting space, A&S gatherings.. you name it! Details on Reservations:
- Make sure you associate yourself with the SCA group when you call to make your Reservations: 800-543-8266
- Our Block of Rooms and Suites are being held for up to 45 days prior to the event. After that, we can't guarantee the rooms will be held.
- Group Rates will be honored for 3 days before, and 3 days after the event.
- Our Group was given an additional Check-Out extension until Noon. If you need additional time, this can be negotiated with the hotel directly.
