From the Coronet, June 2022

Greetings to the populace of Adiantum and of surrounding lands,

Why do peppers make such good archers? Because they habanero.

The camping season is in full swing, and we have many happy comings and goings within the Barony and the Principality of Summits.

Blessings and happy returns to Datu Bato and Dayang Emma. Having emerged victorious in the March
Coronet Lists, they were elevated at June Investiture to Coronets of Summits. I look forward to their
joyful reign and encourage you to reach out in support of them in any way you can.

All Our thanks Visc. Luciano and Visc. Tessina for their joy and support of our community over the past
six months as we figured out how to reopen in-person events and reawaken from our long hibernation.

Congratulations to Weylyn Middleson for becoming the Defender of Summits and the first of which to
hold our Principality’s new Sword of State! I highly recommend getting an up-close look at it, if you get
the chance.

I am pleased to announce that we have all new champions! My eternal thanks to our pandemic
champions who held on like… well, champs!

Sergeantry Trials are in full swing and I’m excited to see what our candidates discover along the way.
Finally, I’d like to invite every single one of you to join us at our monthly council meetings. This is where
we discuss the business of the Barony and make decisions. If you are interested in having a voice or
discovering how the inner workings of the Barony tick, please feel free to come. Times and Dates are
posted as Events on the Baronial Facebook page.
